This beautiful former Pakistani actress is well known for her relationship with Salman Khan and also for some of the movies she has done in Bollywood. The actress in a recent interview has confessed that she has faced the trauma of sexual abuse at the tender age of 5. She recalled the incident and said that it was committed by a house helper. Somy shares this experience of her with people whenever she gets a chance with an intention to aware as many people as she can; against the sexual abuse of children.

This British born Model and TV actress can be easily remembered by fans of Bigg Boss. Sofia in a revelation said that she faced sexual abuse as a child when she was 10 years old. And like most of the cases; it was also by a person whom she and her family trusted completely. Sofia confessed that it did affect her in many ways and she wants to help and aware other children who might be a victim of sexual abuse but are silent due to fear and shame.

She not only came out about her abuse but also made the man responsible for it to go behind bars. But unfortunately till the time it was done; it had taken the toll of life of 1 teen. Teri blocked away this dark incident of her childhood until she found out that a local teen named Sarah shot herself to death as a result of sexual exploitation she suffered over years by the same man who abused Teri. This was Teri’s uncle and these 2 were not his only victims according to Teri.

Now when we came to know that Anurag is also a victim of sexual abuse when he was a kid; we might be able to understand as to from where this darkness emerges. Anurag faced sexual abuse for 11 long years and one can only imagine the ways it had affected him. However; Anurag said that he had forgiven the man, who did this horrendous crime which wasn’t easy for him with the feelings of isolation, angst, violation and bitterness that he suffered over the years.

Former love interest of Anurag Kashyap and the very talented Kalki Koechlin is one of the boldest Indian actresses. This beautiful actress has also been scarred for life due to a horrific incident of sexual abuse she faced in her childhood. This Indian celebrity said that it is the bitter reality and a horrendous part of her life and she doesn’t intend to make it a headline. She also said that things like these must be stopped by spreading awareness about them.

She also shared that once she was also abused sexually by an old man who lured her to give a quarter for the pinball machine. Judd however emerged as a strong woman after all these terrible incidents and is now an inspiration for many others.

Pamela in an interview at Cannes festival shared that she was molested by her female babysitter through age 6 to 10. Later she added that when she was 12 she was raped by a 25 year old man. Her sad journey didn’t end there as she was gang raped by her boy friend and his 6 friends. Pamela not only overcame all these and became successful but she has dedicated most of her time doing various charitable works and protecting animal rights.

The very famous Sitar player who is the daughter of Bharat Ratna awarded Pandit Ravi Shankar and sister of singer Norah Jones; has also revealed that she has faced sexual abuse as a kid. She shared her traumatic incident at an event which was more of a protest against the Nirbhaya gang rape incident of Delhi. Anoushka said that she suffered sexual abuse from a person on whom her parents and family trusted completely. She shared her incident with the message and an oath that women in India will rise for justice.

She revealed in an interview that her brother who is now in prison molested her when she was just 7 by luring her to bathroom with a candy. She shared all this considering it as an obligation to aware people to watch over their kids.

This media mogul in a shocking revelation said that she also suffered sexual abuse from age 9 to 14. Oprah recalled the incident and said that she was raped when she was just 9 and later that relative of hers and others continued to molest her until the age of 13. As a result she became pregnant at the age of 14 and the kid she delivered died in infancy. After embracing success; she has been an advocate for sexual abuse survivors.
